Terms & Conditions

BHT Sales Support Ltd will provide the Services for the fees under the Terms and Conditions set out below. These services do not guarantee the results of the campaign and payment is not dependent upon the results of this or any future campaign.

  1. Fees are invoiced at the end of each week during which work was scheduled.

  2. VAT is added at the appropriate rate.

  3. Payment terms are 21 days from the date of the invoice.

  4. Further work will not be undertaken if invoices are not paid within 28 days.

  5. All cheques are to be made payable to BHT Sales Support Ltd

  6. If BHT cannot adhere to the schedule due to the client’s actions then the client work will be
    re-scheduled to fit in with BHT existing schedules.


  7. Meetings and all Work will only begin after receipt of the signed agreement.

  8. BHT guarantees 15 calls per hour.

  9. After an initial trial to 500 companies, a benchmark will be agreed.

  10. From the date of the benchmark, BHT will guarantee to match or beat the benchmark, within each telemarketing period or to continue working, at our own expense, until the benchmark is matched or the data exhausted.

  11. If the client wishes to cancel this contract a fee equivalent to remainder of the original contract duration will become payable

  12. These terms are valid, before signing, for 30 days.
